HR Generalist

TruCare Home Care is seeking a motivated individual who speaks fluent English and Spanish to assist in our Human Resource Department. As a member of the HR Team, you will help the Manager develop forms, processes and manuals for the department and ensure all employee files comply with all local, state and federal laws. In addition, the team member will work closely with the recruitment and orientation processes as they occur. The team member should attend and participate in all department meetings.
